I bought a course and never got the Skool invite.
Check Spam and Promotions for an email from Skool (subject usually starts with "You have been invited"). Also check the All Mail folder if you're on Gmail. If you still don't see it 30 minutes after purchase, email support@elevateyourphotography.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend manually.
What's your refund policy?
Paid courses (Booking Blueprint, Editing Masterclass, Wedding Photography University, Ad Swipe Files): 14-day money-back if you haven't completed more than 30% of the material. Elevate 360 has its own enrollment agreement covered during the discovery call. ElevateStudio subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time, no contract.
I forgot which email I used at checkout.

How do I update my payment method for a course subscription or Elevate 360?
Active Elevate 360 students manage payment inside the member portal. For ElevateStudio, you'll have a billing page inside the app once you're onboarded. For one-time course purchases there's nothing to update — they're not subscriptions. If you need help finding the right place, email us.
I'm interested in Elevate 360 but I'm not ready to apply.
Start with the free Booked Solid Meta ads training and the Inner Circle community. Both are free and give you a real look at the philosophy without committing to coaching. Apply when your numbers and timing line up.
Can I talk to Michael directly?
Michael does every Elevate 360 discovery call and every applicant gets time with him on a 30-minute conversation. He also reads (and frequently replies to) Inner Circle posts. For one-off coaching outside the program, that's Elevate 360 only — he doesn't do private coaching.
