ElevateStudio Features Email Marketing

ElevateStudio feature

Email marketing built into your CRM , not bolted onto it.

Newsletters, drip campaigns, and inquiry follow-up that talk to the rest of your studio data.

Flodesk, Mailchimp, and ConvertKit are perfectly good newsletter tools. They are also disconnected from the inquiry that came in yesterday, the contract that just got signed, and the wedding three months out. Email Marketing in ElevateStudio runs on the same client data your pipeline does, which is what lets a single email decision trigger an entire studio sequence.

What it does

Inside Email Marketing.

Drag-and-drop builder

Build a newsletter or a wedding-day reminder in minutes. Templates start photographer-tuned, not generic SaaS layouts. Mobile preview before you send, dark-mode preview, A/B subject line testing.

Drip sequences that fire off real triggers

New inquiry, consult booked, contract signed, gallery delivered, six months post-shoot. Each becomes a trigger you can hang an email sequence on, without paying for Zapier to glue it together.

Segmentation by what they actually did

Past wedding clients vs. portrait clients vs. inquiries who ghosted. The list builder pulls from pipeline stage, tags, last shoot date, total spend, and any custom field. Send the right thing to the right people.

Real deliverability infrastructure

Dedicated sending domain, SPF and DKIM handled for you, real bounce and spam reporting, list hygiene tools that pre-flag bad addresses. The pieces that decide whether your email lands in inbox or Promotions.

Why it matters

What this actually changes.

Email is still the highest-margin marketing channel a working studio has. A list of 800 past portrait clients and warm inquiries, sent to with a real offer at the right cadence, will outproduce any single ad campaign you run. The only thing that breaks that math is friction: separate tool, separate login, separate data, no way to know who actually booked.

Pulling email back inside the CRM removes that friction. You send the mini-session email and watch the bookings hit the pipeline in real time. You re-engage cold inquiries with a sequence triggered by a tag, not a calendar reminder you set for yourself.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can I migrate my existing list and templates from Flodesk or ConvertKit?

Yes. Migration is available for studios that want help moving lists, segments, and templates over. We hold the old account active for a transition period so nothing breaks while you switch.

Is there a sending limit?

Every plan includes a generous monthly send allowance that covers normal studio marketing. Heavy senders see fair pass-through pricing on the underlying provider, no margin stacked on top.

How is deliverability set up?

We provision a dedicated sending domain or sub-domain for your studio, handle SPF and DKIM at the DNS level, and warm the domain through the early sends. The same setup that a $99/month email tool charges extra for.

Can I A/B test?

Yes. Subject line A/B testing is built into the campaign composer, with automatic winner selection based on open or click rate.
